The first clean and one off cleans are a minimum of 3 hours.
We will empty and clean your bins, not put plastic in them.
For security and ease, we don’t take keys. We recommend a lockbox be installed.

Life happens! If we are unable to attend, we will arrange another time and day that suits.
We will do our best to find an alternative day should your clean fall on a public holiday.

If you or a member of the household is unwell and home from work, please inform us as soon as possible so an alternative date can be given.
Cancelations within 24hrs, or if you forget to leave the key out, will incure a fee.

We are a small business and appreciate invoices being paid promptly.
Invoices are sent within 24hrs of the cleaning service being provided. Please complete payment within 3 days via internet banking, using your address as reference.

What COVID-19 means for us and cleaning your home

In order to comply with level 2, we need to minimise contact as much as possible. Therefore we ask that the household is empty when we come and clean!

We already perform rigorous cleaning procedures with clean clothes used in every room and in every home, our standards surpass the government guidelines for domestic cleaning companies. To add to our safety, we will wear fresh disposable gloves in each home.

In light of the recent events, we must be informed prior to any booking if a person has had or has come into contact with anyone who has had COVID-19.

We ask that you let us know prior to our visit, if anyone in the household is home or off work due to being unwell. Please note, we will try and offer you an alternative date if you are home or unwell.

Once we get the all clear from the Ministry of Health and we can resume our social lives again, we will still require you to inform us if you are home sick and an alternative date will be given.

We use doTERRA therapeutic grade essential oils to clean. Some of the oils that we use have proven antibacterial and disinfectant properties. The Clean Freak essential oil blends we use will also help purify your environment from seasonal, airborne threats.
